55006 (D9006) "THE FIFE & FORFAR YEOMANRY" brings a King's Cross service into Doncaster on the 6th July 1978 - one of its marker light covers are loose and in danger of falling out. Note the ex MK I Pullman coaches in platform one now painted into standard blue/grey livery, as opposed to the reversed grey/blue livery when used as Pullman vehicles. 55006 would later return with the 1N06 17:35 King’s Cross - Newcastle "Newcastle Executive" service.
