On the 15th May 2008 D9016 "GORDON HIGHLANDER" made the road journey from Peak Rail, Matlock, to the Churnet Valley Railway in North Staffordshire. Here it becomes apparent that the Junction of the A52 & A520, otherwise known as Cellarhead Crossroads, is too tight for Alley's Heavy Haulage to traverse.
